Q: Why do I need to allow notification permissions?
A: iOS requires notification permissions to schedule and ring alarms when your iPhone is locked or when the app is in the background.
Q: How do I turn off an alarm?
A: Tap "START MISSION" on the ringing alarm screen, complete the wake-up challenge (e.g., solve math problems or shake the phone), and the alarm will turn off automatically.
Q: What is Anti-Cheat & Strict Mode?
A: Strict mode ensures you cannot simply reboot your phone to bypass an alarm. If a scheduled alarm time was interrupted by a power-off, a penalty challenge is presented immediately upon wake-up. This is optional and defaults to OFF.
